Booking a repair online is easier than ever! You can now book a repair from our website in 3 Easy Steps.
BOOK NOW

1. PICK YOUR DEVICE

Find your device from our repairs page once you've selected your device, simply choose the repair you need from the drop-down menu.

2. CHECKOUT

Once you're happy and have your correct device and repair sorted, simply add this to your basket for drop-off. Select pay in store payment method.

3. DROP IT OFF

Drop your device off at our store with your confirmation email and that's it.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'VE BOOKED IN A REPAIR ONLINE.

RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once you have checked out for your repair online, you will receive a confirmation email. Simply bring in your device to our store and show your confirmation email at the till point.

WHY DO WE NEED PIN NUMBER

The repair process includes a strict set of tests that the device must pass before it's ready for collection. To ensure the best quality of repairs, customers are encouraged to provide their PIN number so that all necessary checks can be performed. The PIN is kept secure and private, and the customer's data is not shared, sold, or used for any other purposes. However, if the customer chooses not to provide their PIN, the repair cannot be guaranteed as not all required checks can be completed.

WHAT TO DO IF I DON'T SEE MY DEVICE ONLINE

If you don't see your specific device listed on our repairs page, that does not mean we cannot fix it for you in-store. Most walk-in repairs can be performed by our highly qualified technicians, regardless of device brand or age.

HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIR TAKE?

SCREEN REPLACEMENTS - 2 Hours (Minimum)

BATTERY REPLACEMENTS - 2 Hours (Minimum)

Most repairs can be completed the same day if you visit one of our locations, and you will have it back in an hour or two.

In case the technicians examine the device and find that the repair process will take more than 24 hours, you will be informed about the estimated time required to complete the repair. This may include certain laptop repairs and Motherboard repairs that can take up to a week or more to be completed properly. Furthermore, if we have to order a particular part for the repair, it will further impact the time needed to finish the repair.
